After the last update cannot use the App. only grey screen and no option to revert back to the previous version. For more than a month waiting for someone to correct the issue and release an update but no luck. They should allow reverting to the older versions since no proper testing is done on the updates! Instead of helping, now we are having trouble running the businesses! Anyone from ENBD to comment or take action?

Hey, just wanted to pass along a tip for anyone else who's been stuck on that gray screen, just like I was! So, I figured out that if you just turn off any accessibility options you've got switched on in your phone settings, the app works fine. Hopefully, that little nugget of info helps someone out there!

The app does not work on android phone. I get a Grey page and it does not move forward. Then i came across I read Adnan's review. Just reset the accessibility settings to factory on your Android Phone following the recent update. Fixed immediately!! SETTINGS > GENERAL MANAGEMENT > RESET > RESET ACCESSIBILITY SETTINGS - which works
